Nicci is a Psychologist with over 12 years’ experience. She completed her undergraduate degree and honours in Special Education in 2002, followed by her Master’s in Educational Psychology.
As a Psychologist Nicci is passionate about ensuring all students are catered academically in view of their individual needs and specific learning requirements. She has a love for assisting children and families to reach their full potential and provides parents and children with the necessary strategies to support this. Nicci works with children of all ages to promote learning, develop emotional, social, and behavioural skills and to support psychological development.
Particular attention is paid to attending to children and adolescents individual emotional, developmental, behavioural, and social needs while working collaboratively with parent’s schools and other service providers.
She is committed to helping students access the services and programs that best meet their educational needs and provides Complex Care Co-ordination (Co-ordination of care between specialist services, schools, and external specialist services).
Nicci has held a number of senior positions in schools in both South Africa and Australia and works privately with parents, families, and individuals across a number of emotional, developmental and education issues including:
