Amira is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology at Deakin University. Before this, she completed her Bachelor and Honours degrees in Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
Amira is a qualified Lifeline Crisis Support Worker and has lots of experience working with children in both formal and informal settings. Last year, she worked as a client intake coordinator at Clear Health Psychology in WA, dealing with a wide range of clinical presentations and developing an appreciation for the logistics of private practice.
Amira is warm, and empathetic and loves working with kids to create a safe and open learning environment. She is passionate about supporting mental well-being and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
At Blossom, Amira will support clients to achieve their therapeutic goals, by assisting with social skills, executive functioning and behaviour management.
